WEDDING DAY COORDINATION This service is ideal for couples who have all of their vendors and concepts complete but want someone to provide on-site support throughout their wedding from managing the wedding timeline to corresponding with vendors. Starting 6 weeks from the wedding date, this service combines month and day-of coordination, which includes the following: PRE-WEDDING COORDINATION SESSION 1 Hour The couple meets with Bianca to discuss wedding day needs, coordination responsibilities, and details regarding the venue, ceremony, reception, guests, timeline, and additional wedding logistics. UP TO 3 LOGISTICS MEETINGS 45 Minutes • Review and finalize wedding timeline, vendor schedules, and day-of logistics WEDDING REHEARSAL (If applicable) Up to 1 hour • Rehearse ceremony + reception line-up and provide wedding day reminders • Mock ceremony processional and recessional practice run WEDDING DAY COORDINATION • Manage wedding day timeline • Arrange welcome sign, place cards, wedding favors, gift + guest book table(s) • Interface with vendors to ensure prompt timeliness of schedule • Oversee and assist with ceremony and reception set up • Ensure guests are seated prior to ceremony start time • Function as onsite point of contact to vendors and venue staff • Distribute final payments & gratuities to vendors at the couple’s discretion • Line up the wedding party for ceremony processional + reception introductions • Cue DJ and/or band for ceremony music selections, reception announcements, toasts, formal dances, bouquet toss, etc. in accordance with the timeline. DISCLAIMERS: *Consultations are available via phone, Zoom, and/or Google Meet *Final logistics meeting must take place 2 weeks prior to the wedding date *This service starts 6-8 weeks prior to scheduled wedding date *Acceptable time frames during a 24-hour period: 10:00am-12:00am * Maximum of 10 hours of wedding day coordination *Service Availability: Thursday-Sunday Clients must contact Bianca by email to schedule a consultation and book this service. Following the consultation, a contract will be sent to the couple to review the total cost of services that are intended to be provided by Bianca. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon submission of the contract. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the wedding date. Payment plans are allowed and must be approved by both parties.
