Service Description

Currently accepting clients under the following conditions: *Event must be located in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area *Acceptable time frames during a 24-hour period: 10:00am-10:00pm *Guest count must not exceed 200 people *Service Availability: Thursday-Saturday This service is ideal for clients who simply need assistance in executing day of event tasks including but not limited to décor arrangement, greeting guests, catering set up, and more to alleviate clients of strenuous matters so they can enjoy their event. This service includes: EVENT PREP MEETING • 1-hour meeting – client meets with Bianca to discuss event responsibilities and details regarding the venue, agenda, guest list, etc. This meeting must take place at least 4 weeks prior to the event date. At this time, meetings are only offered through phone calls and/or virtual platforms via Google Meet. EVENT DAY SERVICES *Maximum of 8 hours of event day coordination at $75/hour rate • Manage the timing of the event with client, host, and vendors • Function as onsite point of contact to vendors and venue staff • Oversee event setup arrangements and aid with event break down • Greet guests and assist with event announcements based on event's run of show Clients must contact Bianca by email to schedule a consultation and book this service. Following the consultation, a contract will be sent for the client review the total cost of services that are intended to be provided by Bianca. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon submission of the contract. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the wedding date. Payment plans are allowed and must be agreed between both parties. This service must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance of scheduled event date.
