This plan is ideal for couples who have selected their venue and majority of their vendors, but want someone to piece everything together and finalize wedding logistics. This package is meant to help clients organize their priorities, manage deadlines, and solidify wedding details leading up to their big day. This package includes the following: PRE-WEDDING PLANNING SESSION 45-minute meeting with couple to discuss wedding theme, budget and additional details to establish call to action plan(s) PLANNING & PREPARATION • Planning starts 3-6 months from wedding date • Complimentary 45-minute consultation • Final venue site visit with couple • Wedding rehearsal coordination for up to 1 hour • Bi-weekly and/or monthly logistic meetings with couple (virtual) • Wedding day timeline finalization with consideration of vendor schedules • Design wedding ceremony and reception floorplan • Organize and distribute wedding day timeline and floorplan(s) to vendors and venue staff • Customize wedding checklist for couple to keep track of priorities • Communication correspondence with couple and vendors leading up to wedding date WEDDING DAY COORDINATION • Wedding day management for up to 10 hours • Function as the on-site contact for vendors and venue staff • Assist photographer with organizing wedding party and family photos • Interface with vendors to ensure prompt timeliness of schedule • Oversee and assist with ceremony and reception set-up and break-down • Distribute final payments & gratuities to vendors at the couple’s discretion • Line up the wedding party for ceremony processional and reception introductions • Assist the couple’s selected point of contact with organizing valuables during the reception break-down ahead of its placement into designated vehicle(s) for safe transportation (gifts, cake topper, cake servers, guestbook, and other valuable items will be placed in designated boxes or bins provided by the couple) Clients must book this package at least 3 months prior to the wedding date. Clients can book a consultation via email, or by submitting an inquiry form on the contact page. Following the consultation, if clients wish to move forward with booking this package, a contract will be sent to clients for review and payment confirmation. Upon submission of contract, the client is required to submit a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure Bianca's availability of contracted services. Payment plans are allowed and must be approved by both parties.
