This service is ideal for clients in need of a few décor items to help bring their event vision to life! Whether you need a gold arch with flowers for a wedding ceremony or a pipe and drape backdrop for a birthday celebration, Bianca and her team are here to help with set up and break down of rented items. This service includes a brief consultation call, email and phone correspondence to confirm event details as well as set up + break down or drop-off and pick-up arrangements per request. ITEMS AVAILABLE TO RENT: • 7'5" Tall Gold Round Arch • 8' L x 10' W Silver Backdrop Stand • Arched White Table Numbers with Black Font • Gold Hexagon Table Numbers This service must be booked at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Clients must contact Bianca by email to schedule a consultation and book this service. Following the consultation, a contract will be sent to the couple to review the total cost of services that are intended to be provided by Kersellius Kreations. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon submission of the contract to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 prior to the scheduled event date. Payment plans are allowed and must be approved by both parties. Pricing for the arch and backdrop stand vary based on event details, location and if set up installations are involved (i.e. florals, draping, candles, additional décor).
